Setup

4 players in a line, 5 m apart. Ball starts on one end. Two defenders apply pressure.

Instructions

  1. Ball is passed down the line as fast as possible.
  2. Two defenders chase from the starting end.
  3. Team scores if ball reaches the last player before defenders arrive.
  4. Rotate defenders every 3 reps.

Coaching Points

✓ Catch, step, pass — as one movement.
✓ Pass flat — not loopy.
✓ Receiver moves toward the ball — don't wait.

Progressions

→ Defenders start closer.
→ Must pass back and forth twice before scoring.
→ Defender must touch each passer — increases intensity.
