Setup

Players in spread formation, each with a ball. Follow-the-leader format.

Instructions

  1. Right hand: stationary dribble 30 sec.
  2. Left hand: stationary dribble 30 sec.
  3. Alternating: 30 sec. Figure-8 between legs: 1 min.
  4. Behind the back: 1 min. Spider dribble: 1 min.

Coaching Points

✓ Push the ball — don't slap it.
✓ Eyes up — don't watch the ball.
✓ Stay in athletic stance throughout.

Progressions

→ Add movement — dribble while walking the progression.
→ Two-ball dribbling for each exercise.
→ Partner calls out which dribble to do — reaction training.
