Setup

Ball handler at top. 4 shooters spread at corners and wings. 2 defenders.

Instructions

  1. Ball handler attacks downhill from the top.
  2. Help defender collapses — ball handler kicks out to open shooter.
  3. Shooter catches and shoots in rhythm.
  4. Rotate: shooter becomes next ball handler.

Coaching Points

✓ Attack off two feet — don't drift.
✓ Kick-out pass before help closes you out.
✓ Shooter: feet already pointed to the basket before catch.

Progressions

→ Add 3rd defender.
→ Ball handler must score or find open shot within 6 sec.
→ Full 5v5 live.
