Setup

Wide player on each side with balls. 2 strikers in the box. 1 passive defender.

Instructions

  1. Wide player drives a low cross to the near or far post.
  2. Strikers attack both ends — one near, one far.
  3. Striker must redirect the ball, not stop it.
  4. 10 crosses each side.

Coaching Points

✓ Get in line with the ball — don't reach across.
✓ Redirect contact point — inside of the foot or toe-poke.
✓ Move to meet the ball — never static.

Progressions

→ Add a live defender.
→ Cross must be below knee height.
→ Striker scores bonus if scored first-time.
