Setup

4 gates spread across the 30m. Goal at the end. Players take turns.

Instructions

  1. Player dribbles through any gate they choose.
  2. After passing through, they shoot at goal.
  3. GK (or no GK for beginners) in goal.
  4. Score for each goal. 10 turns per player.

Coaching Points

✓ Slow down before the gate — set up the shot.
✓ Choose the gate that gives the best shooting angle.
✓ First shot is always the best shot.

Progressions

→ Add a passive defender following the player through the gate.
→ Must go through 2 gates before shooting.
→ Time limit: gate to shot in 3 seconds.
