Setup

Players spread on the perimeter, each with a ball. Coach gives commands.

Instructions

  1. Receive pass — immediately assume triple threat.
  2. Coach calls: Drive, Shoot, or Pass.
  3. Execute the called option with maximum commitment.
  4. Rotate through all three options 5 times each.

Coaching Points

✓ Triple threat: knees bent, ball protected, eyes up.
✓ Jab step before the drive — sell it.
✓ Shot pocket under the ball — not behind.

Progressions

→ Add a passive defender — player reads and reacts.
→ Call comes after the jab step.
→ Live 1v1 — no call, player decides.
