Setup

Two players face each other across 4-5 m. One ball each pair.

Instructions

  1. Player A digs to Player B.
  2. B sets back to A.
  3. A attacks (controlled) at B.
  4. B digs, sets, A attacks. Continuous. Count consecutive completions — target 20.

Coaching Points

✓ Dig must go up — not sideways.
✓ Set must be off the forehead — not the chest.
✓ Attack must be controllable — aim at partner.

Progressions

→ Move further apart (6-7 m) for more power.
→ Alternate who attacks each time.
→ Competition: which pair can reach 30 in a row first.
