Setup

Standard singles court. Players play tiebreaks to 7 (win by 2). Best of 5 tiebreaks.

Instructions

  1. Alternate serve every 2 points.
  2. After each tiebreak, both players note their errors — forced vs unforced.
  3. Play next tiebreak — use the reflection to adjust.

Coaching Points

✓ High-percentage play on big points (6-6+).
✓ First serve percentage matters more in tiebreaks.
✓ Know your pattern — what do you do on pressure points?

Progressions

→ Start tiebreak at 5-5.
→ Loser does 10 push-ups per tiebreak lost.
→ Video review of errors between tiebreaks.
