Agility with Ball — Cone Circuit
Combines agility movements with close ball control to develop coordination and footwork.
Setup
Agility cones in a zigzag. Ball starts at the player's feet.
Instructions
- Zigzag through cones with ball.
- At end of circuit, shoot or pass to partner.
- Rest while next player goes. 3 sets of 5 reps each.
Coaching Points
✓ Small touches — don't let ball get away.
✓ Eyes up between cones.
✓ Accelerate out of the last cone.
Progressions
→ Speed it up — timed.
→ Add a 1v1 after the circuit.
→ Dribble with weaker foot only.
