Setup

Agility cones in a zigzag. Ball starts at the player's feet.

Instructions

  1. Zigzag through cones with ball.
  2. At end of circuit, shoot or pass to partner.
  3. Rest while next player goes. 3 sets of 5 reps each.

Coaching Points

✓ Small touches — don't let ball get away.
✓ Eyes up between cones.
✓ Accelerate out of the last cone.

Progressions

→ Speed it up — timed.
→ Add a 1v1 after the circuit.
→ Dribble with weaker foot only.
