Setup

5 spots on the floor: elbows, wings, top. Player dribbles into each spot and pulls up.

Instructions

  1. Attack from the perimeter — 2 hard dribbles into the spot.
  2. Stop on a jump stop.
  3. Rise up and shoot — no extra dribbles.
  4. 5 attempts per spot. Track makes.

Coaching Points

✓ Jump stop: land both feet simultaneously.
✓ Don't fade back — rise straight up.
✓ Quick release — don't hold the ball.

Progressions

→ One dribble only from further out.
→ Add a passive hand in the face.
→ Shoot off the pass (no dribble).
