Instructions
Team in possession tries to score in any mini goal.

If the ball is won back within 5 seconds, team gets 2 points.
If not, team drops into shape and play continues.
Coaching Points
✓ First reaction after losing the ball must be forward.
✓ Nearest player presses, second player blocks the next pass.
✓ Compact around the ball quickly.
Common Mistakes to Watch For
Defenders diving in instead of delaying and controlling space.
Teammates pressing individually rather than moving as a unit.
Poor communication before the ball arrives.

→ Only count regain points in attacking half.
→ Add a neutral player for the team in possession.
